Aquabox coordinators arrive in Cambodia

Two members of the Rotary Club of Eltham travelled to Phnom Penh, Cambodia to coordinate the arrival and distribution of Aquaboxes to victims of the recent major floods.  Rotarians Ian Thomas and Peter Roden will be working closely with the Rotary Club of Phnom Penh Service Projects Director Rtn Peter Gray.  The truck carrying the 108 Aquaboxes arrived safely in Phnom Penh after travelling by road from Vietnam and was then escorted to the Baray District.  Local aid workers will be distributing the Aquaboxes after receiving briefings from the Aquabox coordinators on the humanitarian aid items in the AB and on the proper use of the water treatment equipment..
